  • Effective June 7, the Township will no longer pick up grass clippings. It is recommended that you allow grass to remain on your lawn after cutting. If you do remove the grass clippings after mowing, York Waste will pick up a maximum of 4 bags weighing no more than 30 pounds each when they collect your trash. Please use sturdy garbage bags and not paper bags if you are putting the clippings out for trash pick-up. Or, you may take your grass...
  • You may put 1 (one) bulk item out per week. If you want to put out a rug, you must cut it into 4 ft long sections which don't exceed 40 lbs each, roll them up, and tie them.  Each piece counts as one bulk item.
