Today, June 26, 2020, Chester County entered the Green Phase of Governor Wolf’s Reopening Plan.
Entering the Green Phase of Reopening brings a lot of questions about moving forward in East Fallowfield Township.
Is the Township Building open to the public?
The Township remains closed to foot-traffic at this time. However, the Township Building will be open by appointment only. Any individual entering the Township Building will be required to wear a mask or cloth face covering. However, we strongly encourage all visitors and residents to conduct all business by phone and email at this time.
When will Township playground re-open?
The Township Playground is now open. The playground is NOT regularly cleaned or sanitized, use at your own risk. Social distancing guidelines must be followed when using the playground. Keep at least six feet of space between individuals not from your household. Parents and guardians should ensure children wash and/or sanitize their hands after touching play structures. Do NOT use if you are feeling sick.
Is the park pavilion being rented?
Are restroom facilities open at the park?
Port-a-Potties or restroom facilities are not available at this time.
When will public meetings be held at the Township building again?
Until further notice, most meetings will continue to be held virtually. Check the Township website for specific information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all navigate through this unprecedented time.
