East Fallowfield Township completed a feasibility study for a new municipal building that would combine the police station and administration into one modern building at a township owned property on 221 Wilmington Road. The Township partnered with its consultant, Heckendorn Shiles Architects, who finished the study in January and presented it to the Board of Supervisors at their public meeting on January 6, 2025. Thank you to staff, residents and community members who provided their input into the process at the numerous public meetings held in 2024 and 2025.
Please note that as a next step, the Township will evaluate funding considerations (using the feasibility study as a guide). There will be numerous additional opportunities to provide feedback by attending a Board of Supervisors meeting (meetings are scheduled at 6:30PM on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month) or Municipal Building Committee Meetings (scheduled for the fourth Monday of the month at 6:30PM)
