NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That the Zoning Hearing Board hearing for:
1) Application of Pamela Herrera/Owner seeking variance relief for 300 Oaklyn Road to construct a new home
which was originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. has been continued to Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building.
and that the Zoning Hearing Board hearing for:
2) Application of Donald Broderick, Builder/Applicant for owners Baldemar and Ana Lemus seeking Special Exception and variance relief for 185 Wilmington Road to replace a single wide mobile home with double wide mobile home
which was originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. has also been continued to Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. at the Township Building.
Both Applicants have agreed to these extended hearing dates via correspondence received by the Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor, John S. Carnes, Jr., and these hearings will be continued on the record at a short convening of a hearing this evening before the Official Court Reporter. Please feel free to attend the rescheduled hearing(s) in these matters on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. respectively and call the Township if you have any further questions.
