Planning Commission: One Vacancy up to three alternate members.  The Township Planning Commission is an advisory board that reviews subdivision and land development matters and provides recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.  The township is seeking one member and up to three alternate members serving a four-year term.  Alternate members attend meetings and may vote when regular members are absent.  The Planning Commission typically meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:30PM.

Zoning Hearing Board - One Alternate Member. Alternate members are essential to ensure that hearings can proceed when regular Zoning Hearing Board members are unavailable due to absence, illness, or conflicts of interest.  The Board has the authority to grant Special Exceptions and Variances from the Township's Zoning Ordinance in accordance with established legal criteria.  Hearings are held at the East Fallowfield Township Building on an as needed basis.  The term of office is three years.
