The Township encourages residents to submit complaints and service requests so that we may better serve our community.

Please note that complaints must be submitted directly to the Township — either by visiting the Township building or through the Township’s online complaint system — so they can be properly logged, tracked, investigated, and responded to by Township staff. Complaints submitted through the Township’s official channels are reviewed and investigated by the appropriate department.

Complaints submitted through third-party websites, social media pages, or other unofficial channels may not be received by Township staff in a timely manner, may not contain sufficient information for investigation, and may not be processed through the Township’s formal tracking system.

Residents should also be aware that complaints submitted directly through the Township’s official complaint system are handled confidentially and are not subject to public disclosure under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law. The Township cannot guarantee the confidentiality, retention, or distribution practices of third-party websites.
