REMINDER - Message from the East Fallowfield Township Fire Marshal.

HIGH FIRE DANGER FOR THURSDAY 4/24/2025!   Much of PA will be in HIGH Fire Danger.  PLEASE DO NOT BURN!

High Fire danger equals dangerous conditions.  Wildfires ignite easily.  Fires spread rapdly and are difficult to control under windy conditions.  Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged.

Chester County has not imposed an open burning ban.

Tag's Garden Spring Cleanup Event Thursday April 24, 2025 @ 9:00AM

REMINDER !!!

Calling All Volunteer Gardeners! East Fallowfield Township is having a spring cleanup for our pollinator garden, "Tag's Garden," on Thursday, April 24 at 9:00 a.m. at the township park. We will be meeting at Tag's Garden to thin out and relocate the over-crowded plants. Please bring your own gardening tools if you can (there will be a limited amount of tools on hand).

No need to RSVP, just come join us to help our beautiful garden bloom!

Important Message from Keystone Collections Regarding Collection of Earned Income Taxes (EIT)

Keystone experienced intermittent connectivity issues during the past two days impacting online local earned income tax return filing. Keystone immediately investigated the disruption and worked diligently to fully restore online availability.
Keystone is letting residents know that if their online filing was delayed, they will not be charged late filing fees. Keystone will continue to honor taxpayer extension requests. It is important to know that the vast majority of taxpayers were unaffected.
Keystone is taking all steps necessary to ensure that taxpayers are treated fairly and respectfully as they fulfill their local tax obligation.
Keystone recognizes that tax season can be stressful and is sorry that some taxpayers experienced online filing issues. Keystone sincerely apologize to you and your residents for any inconvenience.

Park & Recreation Annual Spring Park Cleanup Day Rescheduled - Saturday April 26, 2025 9:00AM - 12:00PM

The Spring Cleanup at the Park is rescheduled for Saturday April 26, 2025.

Calling all Volunteers and Students who need service hours!

East Fallowfield Township Park & Recreation will hold the annual spring Park Cleanup on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00AM to Noon.  We will need help clearing tree limbs from trails, trash pick-up from recent windstorms, flagpole garden sprucing, and this year cleaning the playground equipment to get it ready for the summer season!  We will provide work gloves, trash bags, and volunteer service hour forms for those needing verification for school or community organizations.  Please bring water, shovels, trimmers (Adults only) and anything else you may deem necessay!

UPDATE - Mortonville Road Bridge Repairs

UPDATE - The week of April 8th thru April 11, 2025 East Fallowfield Township Engineers will be doing an environmental assessment for the closed Mortonville Road Bridge. Personnel will be on site from Tuesday April 8, 2025 thru Friday April 11, 2025.

Please be aware that we will be taking steps to get the Mortonville Road bridge up and running.
